Our integrative leadership coaching program is one of its kind— Tailored to your own initiative, and unique foresight of the future. Bring your creativity to life— Documentary, a green business, youth movement, alternative ministry, academic paper, book draft or any other creative project— and let us help you make it a reality 

Cost: As low as $120 a week for a 500 hour training program.

Learning Experience 

While in the program you will receive:

  • Our integrative leadership coaching program 

  • Group oriented process  

  • Private therapy throughout the training  

  • Weekly Yoga and Meditation 

  • Mindfulness training  

  • Tailored practices based on personal assessments  

  • Earth based ceremonies  

  • Business plan development for your initiative  

  • Final project mentorship 

  • Nature walks and hikes 

  • At the end of the retreat you will be asked to present a final project that will be reviewed by our team. The project could include a video component (vlogs or short film), academic paper, book draft, business plan, presentation or any other creative art based project about your future initiatives


500 Hours

Training Schedule

January 11- April 4 (12 weeks)

Starting date:

January 11th (Monday). People are welcome to arrive a few days earlier   


Week one: 

  • Monday: Arrival 

  • Tuesday morning: Orientation 

  • Tuesday afternoon-Friday: Detox retreat (no phones or computers on site. Rest, journal, walk) 

    • In silence 

    • Daily check in (one hour, in the evening)  

  • Weekend: Free time 


Week two: 

Week two is dedicated to orientation, assessments, personal interviews, personal goal setting, community building, common meals and free time. 

Cost: As low as $120 a week for a 500 hour training program. Scholarships available.
