Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For our January 2021 programs:
Our retreat centre holds limited spaces for participants, and we expect to sell out. It is for this reason that we ask you to pay 70% of the accommodation costs up front once you have been selected as a participant. If you need to cancel your place on the program, we request that you cancel by the 29th November. This will allow us to offer your place to someone on our waitlist. You may write to us at email@example.com to book a time to have a cancellation phone call with one of our staff. In this phone call, we will explore possibilities and solutions. Cancellations made by November 29th will receive a 100% refund, minus a $200 administration fee or be offered credit towards a future programme or workshop with the New Earth Institute.
New Earth Institute will provide a full refund if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason.
New Earth Institute has adopted a Covid Plan (hyperlink this?) to ensure that the program is comfortable and safe for all participants. This includes physical distancing arrangements where necessary and regular disinfecting of high contact areas. We request that if you are displaying cold or flu like symptoms prior to the program to contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
In the event you must leave the program due to health, family or emergency, your fees will not be refunded. They will be credited to a future course when the time is right. (OR you will be refunded 50% and the remainder will be held in trust as credit for a future program)
